Using Twitter For Website Traffic

If you've spent any time at all on the Internet, you've probably heard of Twitter, even if you're not currently using it yourself. What you might not know about Twitter is that it's not just another social media site and that it can be an excellent way to explode your traffic to your website.
Using Twitter for website traffic can be one of the best free tools you ever take advantage of. Here is a quick overview of the how you can bring website traffic in using Twitter:
•    Sign up for a free Twitter account
•    Create a profile linking back to your website- include keywords in your bio and name when possible
•    Use an original photo or image for your profile
•    Spend the first couple of tweets talking about who you are and why you came to Twitter
•    Start adding people with similar interests or those you feel to be your target audience
•    Instead of just adding masses of users- send @ messages to some of them to be conversational. This is important to success on Twitter because it shows you're not a spammer/ bot

•    Start tweeting your blog posts, articles and other content that links back to your website
•    Link your actual website and tell about the services it provides
•    Remember to avoiding being too spammy or you will get blocked and even banned- this means don't tweet the same link many times in a row or too many times per day, don't tweet only links and don't spam with messages like "buy this now!"
Now that you know more about using Twitter for website traffic, it's as simple as signing up for a free account, creating a profile and getting started. I highly suggest not trying to add followers until you create a profile with photo/ image or you will likely be viewed as a spammer.
